As part of this broader structure, STREAM™ Health provides healthcare navigation, advocacy, and support services designed to help individuals and families manage complex health journeys with clarity and confidence. In addition, we deliver targeted programs for both individuals and organizations, with a focus on mental health and workplace injury prevention and recovery—equipping people, teams, and communities with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to foster meaningful, lasting wellbeing.

At STREAM™ Health Support Services, we believe no one should have to face complex healthcare decisions alone. We provide patient navigation and advocacy services dedicated to helping individuals and families feel empowered, informed, and supported as they navigate diagnoses, treatments, and healthcare decisions. We also offer various mental health training and support programs dedicated to individuals and organizations.
