As part of this broader structure, STREAM™ Health provides healthcare navigation, advocacy, and support services designed to help individuals and families manage complex health journeys with clarity and confidence. Operating within the STREAM™ Community's shared mission and values, STREAM™ Health complements the group’s wider initiatives by focusing specifically on improving access to care, supporting informed decision-making, and promoting client-centred, compassionate health support.
